Results

We generally encourage patients to contact the clinic for any test results. However, it is our policy to contact you as soon as possible when we receive significant abnormal test results to arrange with you a follow up medical appointment. Results cannot be given over the phone and we advise that a follow up consultation be scheduled with your doctor to discuss any results.

Repeat Prescriptions

Unfortunately, we are unable to action requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone. If a repeat prescription is required, our patients are required to consult with their treating doctor. Referrals to specialists cannot be written without a consultation.

Electronic Communications

In order to ensure all our patients receive the best care possible, we encourage all our patients NOT to email in the event of an emergency, but to call or physically visit the clinic for attention. We discourage our patients from making bookings, requesting for prescriptions or asking medical queries via email. Kindly call the clinic to make an appointment with a doctor if you would like to discuss about your health. Our support staff is not trained to give medical advice to patients or members of the public.
